She coordinates onboarding, account maintenance, transfer processing, scheduling, document management, and communication across custodians and carriers, including Simplicity Wealth, Charles Schwab, and life and annuity partners. Her commitment to accuracy and follow-through ensures every client case progresses smoothly from initial consultation to implementation and ongoing service.

She works closely with the Managing Director to support case design, maintain CRM integrity, streamline internal systems, and uphold compliance requirements.
